World Revival Ministries, Tanzania

The World Revival Church is a vibrant Community of Believers who actively Worship, Pray, and Fellowship as they apply the Bible to their lives, they are a unique channel of God's initiative here on the Earth (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8, Romans 12:4-5, 1 Corinthians 4:1-16, 12:13,27-28, 14:12, Ephesians 2:19-22).

We believe that people are the Church who believe Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, there are so many ways you can be involved and let God work through you, our corporate Church services and other Spiritual activities for all ages provide faith-building teaching and fellowship. The World Revival Church shall be planted by the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania as per Article 18b(iv), 7 (1), 10(X) and 11(2) of the Constitution of the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania of 2002 year of the Lord Jesus Christ, By Laws (2009) of the World Revival Ministries Tanzania, The Servants of God Guidelines of the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania of 2002 and The Statement of Faith of the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania of 2009.

World Revival Church has its Head Office in Arusha City in Tanzania for teaching the word of God and Outreach Ministry.

The Bible is God's revelation to humanity, the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct.

We hold the Scriptures as the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living. The Bible is fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, without error in its original writings, and is the sufficient guide for all generations.

Our Creator and King eternally exists as one God in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are co-equal, co-eternal, and united in purpose, yet distinct in personhood. This Triune God is the one true God worthy of all worship, honor, and praise.

The Kingdom of God came in the ministry of the Messiah, it continues to come in the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the Church, and will be consummated at the literal, physical return of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ and His Resurrection:

The heavenly Father sent His Son Jesus, who being fully God and fully man, became the substitute. He allowed Himself to be overcome by the full force of Satan's violence on the cross. After being buried, He was bodily resurrected on the third day.

Mankind:

Humanity was formed in God's image to reflect His authority and purpose in the Earth (Genesis 1:26-28, 2:7, Psalm 8:4-8, 115:16). Nevertheless, creation rebelled against the Creator (Genesis 3:1-24). Sin not only opened the door to evil but created a separation from God that is impossible for man to overcome (Romans 5:12-14, Ephesians 2:3).

Salvation:

Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. At the final judgment, God will resurrect the righteous and transform all of creation (Romans 2:4-10, 1 Corinthians 15:26, Philippians 3:21, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-15). Satan and all who have rejected God's love will be cast into the lake of fire (Matthew 13:41, John 12:31, Revelation 19:20-21, 20:10, 14). Everything within all the cosmos will be made new (2 Corinthians 5:17, Hebrews 12:27, Revelation 21:5).

Eternal Life:

We believe in the resurrection of believers into everlasting life and blessing in Heaven, and the resurrection of unbelievers into everlasting punishment in the torments of Hell (John 3:16, John 5:24, Mark 9:43-48, 2 Thessalonians 1:9, Revelation 20:10-15, John 5:28-29, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52).

Return of Jesus Christ:

We believe in the personal, literal, and bodily return of Jesus Christ in power and glory as the King of kings and Lord of lords (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Zechariah 14:5, Matthew 24:27,30, Revelation 1:7, 19:1-14, 20:1-6).

The present-day work of the Holy Spirit not only seals and cleanses but also empowers the Church. Believers are invited to experience the Baptism of the Holy Spirit along with a multiplicity of other spiritual gifts.

We believe the Holy Spirit is actively working in the world today — convicting the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and empowering believers for holy living, effective witness, and ministry. The gifts of the Spirit are operational today for the edification of the Body of Christ.

The Church is not a building but a living body of believers, called to worship God, edify one another, and reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the personal, literal, and bodily return of Jesus Christ in power and glory as the King of kings and Lord of lords.

His return will be visible to all, and He will establish His eternal kingdom. We wait with eager anticipation for that blessed hope — the appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.
